The predecessor of HAINAN FUWANG TRADING CO., LTD. is Export Department of Sinochem Hainan Co., Ltd who is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation (SINOCHEM for short) is a national co***ny of China. Sinochem Hainan Co., Ltd was officially registered in 1988 with Hainan Industrial and Commerce Administration. It has the right to handle both imports and exports and is licensed to declare goods at all customs in China. It is a diversified co***ny, though foreign trade is its main business.
In order to strengthen the competitiveness in the field of international trade, the Export Department of Sinochem Hainan Co., Ltd was changed of name as Hainan FuWang Trading Co., Ltd. and become a specialized foreign trading co***ny in 1998. It mainly handle Chemicals, Pigments & Dyestuffs & Paint & Risin and act as the agent of products from approx. one hundred of manufacturers of China. At the present, the annual volume of exporting business is approx. US Dollars 30 million. The products are mainly exported to Europe, South-east Asia and America.
